Dr. Dolapo Oladiran is a Food Scientist and Project Management Professional, with extensive expertise spanning academia and the food industry. With a rich background in Food Science research, her focal research areas are food rheology, food processing, and Sensory science. Dr. Oladiran earned her PhD from the University of Pretoria, where she also completed a postdoctoral research fellowship in Food Science.
In her role as a project manager, she adeptly plans and executes research programs. Her other responsibilities include resource management, grant proposal writing, data analysis, report drafting, and dissemination of research findings through peer-reviewed publications, seminars, workshops, and conference presentations, and liaising with stakeholders to develop partnerships that support strategic research priorities.
